FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All products are shipped out of our warehouse in Hawick, UK. We ship all items within one business
day.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE?
We do offer expedited shipping as an added
option. Expedited shipping usually takes 5– 9 business days.

Please allow one day for processing. Orders placed after 8AM will usually ship the next business day but can take up to 48 hours if we need to transfer a product from one warehouse to another. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. It is not guaranteed that expedited shipments will be delivered on holidays or weekend. This is something that is not in our control

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?
At the time of writing this answer, all our cotton is made is Pakistan.
Our Microfiber is made in United Kingdom.
We continue to expand our assortment strategically. Currently we are negotiating production in
Turkey, Peru, Morocco for a higher standard, hand-made experience for our customers.
DO YOU SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?
ships to more than 50 different countries. We are experienced shipping our products internationally and have hundreds of satisfied, repeat customers all over the world.

All international orders are charged the DHL book rate (whenever possible). Your International order will most likely ship with DHL. However, Hotdishstudios reserves the exclusive right to select the International Carrier to be used. Hotdishstudios is not liable for delays or losses due to Customs or import taxes and is unable to refund shipping charges for orders that are denied entry to foreign countries. Don’t worry, we will do our best to check first and help you get your product through to you.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in anyway, we will gladly accept the return within 30 days of the date of delivery (as shown on the tracking number). Delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier’s tracking number. Returns are fully refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. Expediting shipping fee charges cannot be refunded. Please contact customer service by
emailing service@hotdishstudios.com with your order number to process your return.
DO THE PRODUCTS SHRINK AFTER WASHING?
None of our microfiber products will shrink. They will not fade either. Our cotton is made with pre-shrunk cotton – a process that happens at the factory. All pre-shrunk cotton can shrink slightly even after this process. This is natural and true for any cotton.
WHY DO ALL YOUR WASHING INSTRUCTIONS SAY DO NOT USE BLEACH?
Bleach can ruin the fibers overtime therefore our washing instructions don’t recommend it.
IS YOUR COTTON OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED?
Our cotton is either OEKO-TEX 100 Certified or OEKO MADE IN GREEN.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO LOW? WHAT AM I MISSING?
We sell in large volumes and therefore our pricing from factories is much lower. We do not have any middlemen (agents) between us and factories.We can pass on those savings to our customers. We have a set margin, and we don’t feel like we need to charge more unnecessarily. When we were starting out, one of our main goals was to be in at least 50% of households in USA. This can only happen if we sell a quality product and an honest price.

WHY DON’T YOU WORK OVER THE WEEKENDS?
We are a small family business, and we and our employees feel weekends are for families and loved ones. We answer all emails and phone messages received after 4:30PM on Fridays as soon as we come back to work on Mondays.
